Privacy Statement
The journal's policy and professional ethics require that editors and reviewers treat the content of the papers under consideration as protected information that should not be disclosed before publication. No one who has access to a submitted paper is expected to use it for unethical or illegal use of the information provided. This applies to everyone who has the right to review the submission.
An important condition for acceptance of an article for publication is the availability of new original scientific results that have not been published anywhere else.
If the materials have already been published earlier, the author must provide the editorial board with a bibliographic reference to previous publications and justify the relevance of publishing a new version, explaining the nature of the additions and changes made to the latest version of the article.
Any controversial issues (financial, academic, personal, etc.) are carefully considered by the members of the Editorial Board. In case of confirmation of suspicions related to possible plagiarism or falsification of results, the article is unconditionally rejected.
The journal allows authors to retain copyright without restriction.
All relationships on publishing ethics issues that arise between the authors and the editorial board of the journal and are not regulated by this document are governed by internationally accepted COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) standards.
Many parties are involved in the publication, each of which plays an important role in achieving the goals set. Therefore, all authors, editors, and expert reviewers of the journal are responsible for compliance with ethical standards at all stages of their participation in the submission of manuscripts and their subsequent publication in the journal.
